School & University Proms / Balls Photography Package

Our School Proms package includes the attendance of one photographer plus either one or two assistants. For your protection and security all our photographers are CRB Certified and are fully insured.

We attend with full lighting equipment and a choice of backdrop including a contemporary white, high-key option.

We would usually set up our portable studio by the entrance to the school prom venue and take the prom-goers photographs as they arrive as well as throughout the evening. In the unlikely event of not liking your photo you can have it re-taken as many times as you like without commitment.

New for 2012: Our cameras are directly linked to our state of the art touchscreen based image display system allowing each photograph to be viewed instantly after being taken. We attend your prom with up to 8 of these touchscreen terminals, minimising queues and giving you plenty of time to choose your photographs. 

We can then print the photographs immediately and at photo lab quality. Each print will then be presented in a high quality photo mount.

We offer a choice of the traditional "Buy On The Night" package or the better value "Pre-Purchased" packages.

Also, new for this year, every photograph that is purchased during the evening will be uploaded free of charge to our facebook page. You can then tag them the day after the prom so you can show all your friends your photographs. If you don't wish your photos to be shown on facebook please advise us whilst booking or during the prom and will ensure they are not uploaded.

We are based in Milton Keynes but we photograph school proms in Bedfordshire (inc Luton, Dunstable, Bedford), Buckinghamshire (inc High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Buckingham), Northamptonshire (inc Daventry, Towcester, Corby, Northampton) and the whole of the south east including London.

We do not charge booking or attendance fees and have no limits to either the minimum or maximum size of your school prom.
