Social & Charity Event Photographer

We provide our social and charity event photography service over a wide geographic area. Although we are based in Milton Keynes we cover events in Bedfordshire (inc Luton, Dunstable, Bedford), Buckinghamshire (inc High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Buckingham), Northamptonshire (inc Daventry, Towcester, Corby, Northampton) and the whole of the south east including a dedicated team for London.

Our social and charity events package includes the attendance of a minimum of one photographer plus up to four sales assistants, depending on the size of your event . For your protection and security all our photographers are CRB Certified and are fully insured with £5 million public liability insurance and £25,000 professional indemnity insurance.

We attend with full lighting equipment and a backdrop (either patterned, black or white "high-key") as well as at least two full sets of camera equipment. Our cameras are directly linked to our state of the art image capture and fulfilment system allowing each photograph to be viewed immediately after being taken on our 23" touchscreen pc's. We can then print the photographs instantly and at photo lab quality, up to 900 per hour. Each print will be mounted in a high quality photo mount and supplied in a clear sided bag.

We offer three main packages for to choose from, depending on how much you would like to earn for your cause.

1) The pre-pay package - Designed for you to include as part of your ticket price.  We charge you £6 for each 9x6" mounted photograph required but allow you to sell this as part of your ticket at whatever price you like, we recommend at least £10 each. We have a minimum requirement of 60 photos to be pre-purchased per event but no upper limit. If your event has for example 300 guests (150 couples), there is the opportunity for your charity to earn at least £600 (150x£4) from photograph sales. Additional photographs will be available to purchase on the night of the event.

2) The pay-on-the night package - We will attend your event and offer our full service to your guests but will charge your guests on the night for their photos. We charge £10 each for our 9x6" mounted photographs (3 for £25) and give a donation of 20% of our sales in excess of £300. Typically we take between £800 and £1600 on the night which will give you a donation of up to £260. This package requires a deposit of £300 to be paid in advance of the event and will be refunded as long as our sales on the night exceed £300. We require a minimum of 120 guests to attend your event.

3) The UNLIMITED package - We will attend your event with our full studio and print a copy of every photograph taken, without limit. Prints are available in two sizes either 6x4" or 9x6" and are supplied unmounted. The basic 6x4 option costs £495 or you can upgrade to the 9x6" option for an extra £200. Mounts are available for purchase on the night of the event at £1 each.
